ECO ENERGY

Sensible energy usage. Optimised spaces and living areas. Recovery of wastewater for watering green spaces, introduction of solar water heaters, optimisation of airflow and natural light ensuring natural ventilation.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

To reduce pollution, water pollution (due to waste burial) and greenhouse gas emissions. By setting up waste sorting bins in the villas and within the estate, we aim to treat waste in a way that preserves natural resources and avoids unnecessary waste.

ECO FRIENDLY GARDENS

.We have a vegetable garden to boost local agriculture and provide fresh, raw foods without genetic modification. The green vegetation patches fit their environment 

ETHICAL CONCIERGE

.For our tourist activities, once all the resort is up and running, we will create a travellers' charter (as in all our other resorts on the island). This will include 13 key ethical commitments which bind us to respect nature and our environment.
